The Role

We are looking for a hands-on studio manager to work closely with the content team and client directors in resource planning and project management of creative, social and digital projects for a range of clients across consumer technology, lifestyle, food and drink, travel and tourism. This includes consulting clients, scoping and costing briefs, creating workflows, resourcing in-house and freelance creative talent, and ensuring the content team delivers on time, on budget.

Our studio produces: websites, landing pages, apps, GIFs, short-form social videos, long-form videos, interview and event videos, presentation and pitch decks, advertising and branding projects, all of which need experienced project management and client liaison.

The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering award-winning creative for well known brands.

Ideally you will be familiar with Asana project management software, Slack, and G Suite. You will be confident in taking vague client requests and be able to turn them into exacting briefs so that the team produces exceptional work that delivers 100% client satisfaction.

You will be based in our Old Street, London, office but will be required to work from our Amsterdam and San Francisco offices from time to time. Given the number of China tech clients we work with, you will be expected to travel to China once or twice a year.


Relevant experience managing a studio team of at least six creatives is essential.  Experience in a digital or social agency will be an advantage.

The Benefits

Salary up to £32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
