Dirk has managed projects and campaigns for clients as diverse as Google, ASOS, and Yahoo!. He is the co-founder of two agencies, Cow (PR Agency of the Year) and Rabbit (Social Media Agency of the Year), which between them won or were short-listed for 60+ awards. Dirk is an aviation social marketing specialist with experience from London Gatwick Airport to British Airways-owned airline, BMI.
Chris has extensive experience with European start-ups and technology companies, helping them grow from business plan to IPO. Following his time with Apple Chris now leads Honey’s digital marketing services team, which include e-commerce, performance marketing, social, community, UX and mobile experts.
Ran is chief representative of the Entrepreneurs Alliance (AEA) in the UK. Based on the idea of “helping one hundred private Chinese enterprises join the ranks of the Fortune 500”, AEA promotes leading Chinese brands from China’s rapidly-growing private sector. Ran has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities Chinese companies face when building their brand outside of the PRC, insight that helps Honey clients grow and globalise.

As a full-stack designer Piers has skills in front-end web, app design/development and branding. Piers designs, codes, implements and creates mobile content for our clients. Mobile content is the key to unlocking the best user and staff engagement for a business.
A graduate of Tianjin University and MSc at Henley Business School, Jin has a management consultancy background and has worked for several of China’s biggest companies, including Huawei and China Unicom. Jin has a deep understanding of both western and Chinese business culture and has helped many Chinese brands navigate their business challenges and deliver export success.
Jin is a specialist, she helps Chinese companies connect with their western audiences. Her deep, first-hand knowledge of their process and strategy means she is well-placed to bridge Chinese and European business culture. Jin provides professional consultancy services to Honey’s Chinese clients, her primary objective is to help them increase their KPIs in EMEA.
