05 Sep Honey Talks: Speakers Revealed 🐝
Honey has put together an epic event taking place on Tuesday 11th September, with the help of a bunch of inspirational speakers, fuelled by pizza and beer.
We will be joined by Vicky Banham, an influential creator on the Chinese-owned social platform TikTok (formerly known as Musicl.ly). Banham will share how she has built up over 1 million influencers, how brands can best engage audiences through the app and how she sees the platform and its audience of 500 million future purchase decision makers evolving.
The evening will also feature a stellar panel of socially aware startups, including Olivia Clasper, head of communications at innovative mapping provider what3words, Alice Williams, founder of social enterprise Luminary Bakery, Dama Sathianathan, head of communication and events at Bethnal Green Ventures – an early stage investor in ventures that use technology to change lives for the better – and Charlotte Instone, founder of super ethical and transparent clothing brand, Know The Origin.
The panel will delve into why having a social purpose at the heart of a business can lead to success, and what established companies can learn from this approach, with plenty of opportunities for audience members to join the discussion and quiz the panel.
And Honey’s Partner Ran Ge will be revealing how Chinese ways of working can boost businesses around the world.
